Mekia Cox returns to the third season of The Rookie.
Mekia Cox, a 1999 Donna Reed Scholarship finalist in Musical Theatre, returns to season 4 of The Rookie in the role of Nyla Harper, a police detective who worked undercover and has been assigned to the Mid-Wilshire Division as a training officer.
Cox is also known for her roles on Chicago Med (Robin Charles), Once Upon a Time (Sabine/Princess Tiana), Secrets and Lies (Amanda Warner), Impastor (Jasmine), and 90210 (Sasha), among others.
The Rookie, Season 4 is set to premiere on September 26, 2021, at 10 pm ET on ABC.
