Donna Reed Alumna cast in world premiere production.
Aya Cash, a 2000 Donna Reed Scholarship finalist in acting and originally from San Francisco, has been cast in Manhattan Theatre Club's upcoming world premiere of THE BEST WE COULD. Previews will begin Tuesday, February 7, 2023, ahead of a Wednesday, March 1, 2023 opening night.
Cash can currently be seen starring in the second season of the FOX comedy "Welcome to Flatch." She most recently appeared opposite Elle Fanning in the Hulu limited series "The Girl From Plainville" and appeared alongside Michelle Pfeiffer in the Showtime limited series "The First Lady." Prior to that, Cash starred as "Stormfront," the Nazi superhero and primary antagonist in the second season of the Emmy Award-nominated streaming series "The Boys." Her performance on the show earned her a Critics Choice Award, as well as MTV Movie & TV Award and Hollywood Critics Association Award nominations.
