Patricia Barry (November 16, 1921 – October 11, 2016).
Patricia Barry was an American stage, film, and television actress. Born in Davenport, Iowa, she has numerous credits performing in stage productions, and in films. The majority of her work was in television between 1950 and 2005, when she appeared in over 100 series either in supporting roles or as a guest star.
She guest-stars on The Donna Reed Show with William Windom in "All is Forgiven" (Season 4, Episode 8).
William Windom appeared in two episodes of Donna's show. I read that she was thinking about retiring after season 4 and so the show featured a back door pilot called Wide Open Spaces. It starred William and Patricia Breslin as a husband and wife who leave the city for the country life. It would have replaced Donna's show if she retired. William went on to co-star in The Farmer's Daughter.
