Grimes is a past recipient of Broadway's Astaire Award and Chita Rivera Award.
Jared Grimes, a 2001 Donna Reed Foundation national scholarship recipient in dance, will host the Chita Rivera Awards. The event will be presented on May 20 at 7:30 pm at the NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts.
The mission of the Chita Rivera Awards is to celebrate dance and choreographic excellence, preserve notable dance history, and recognize past, present, and future talents while promoting high standards in dance education and investing in the next generation. Read more in the Broadway World article.
