John Astin (born March 30, 1930).
John Allen Astin is an American actor who has appeared in numerous films and television series, as well as being a television director and voice artist. He achieved pop culture status through his portrayal of the kooky patriarch "Gomez Addams" in the hit TV series The Addams Family (1964).
Astin stars in “The Mouse at Play” (Season 4, Episode 4) of The Donna Reed Show, along with Cloris Leachman.
