Mekia Cox (born November 18, 1981).
Mekia Cox is an American actress and dancer who was a 1999 Donna Reed Foundation Scholarship finalist in Musical Theatre.
She is currently appearing in the role of Detective Nyla Harper on ABC's The Rookie. She is also known for her recurring role as Sasha in the CW drama 90210, her role as a dancer in the Michael Jackson concert series This Is It, and the related film Michael Jackson's This Is It, and her role as Princess Tiana in the ABC fantasy drama Once Upon A Time.
