On a Hong Kong cruise, a U.S. Presidential-hopeful Senator (Efrem Zimbalist Jr.) falls for a businesswoman (Donna Reed) who intends on opening a large casino in Hong Kong, as his aide tries to derail the affair for P.R. reasons.
